Pool
 
The Woodridge Pool is open for operation from 6 AM to 9 PM everyday. To have your access card activated, you must have a signed waiver on file with Diamond Association Management & Consulting. Waivers signed last year will continue to be in effect. If you are new to the community or need a new access card, you will need to visit the DAMC office to get your card. There is no charge for your first card, but there is a minimal charge for a replacement card. Cameras have been installed and operating. Safety at the pool is the goal for the Woodridge community.
 
Traditionally, the pool season runs from April 1st through October 31st, 6 AM to 9 AM daily, and may now be accessed during the winter months for those brave souls.

Woodridge is  a deed-restricted subdivision comprised of 626 homes on 651 lots. The first home was built in 1983 with the final homes built in 2005. Our homes range in size from 1450 square foot garden homes to 3200 square foot 5 bedroom homes. Our neighborhood has a mandatory homeowner association and is bordered by two gated residential subdivisions.

 
Deed-restricted communities, such as Woodridge Community, are subject to follow specific guidelines when making exterior modifications on the property. This means that the ACC (Architectural Control Committee) must review all improvements and new construction within Woodridge Community. Any projects started or completed with out the approval of the ACC may be subject to be removed at your expense and converted back to its original state of compliance. For more information regarding ACC submissions please visit the 
 

 

School Districts

Woodridge is located in the Northside Independent School District (NISD). We feed into Boone Elementary, Earl Rudder Middle School, and Marshall High School. Bus services to these schools are provided to students. NISD headquarters is located at 5900 Evers Rd., San Antonio, TX 78238.

We are located in district 8, voting precinct 3146.

 

 

Recreational Facilities

Woodridge Community enjoys a common area that is supported by the yearly association assessments. This common area consists of tennis courts, children's playground areas, a pavilion that can be reserved for special occasions, and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is home to our very own swim team, The Stingrays, who compete in meets beginning in June.
